GRP gritted grating is manufactured by a process of moulding a combination of fibreglass rovings with a thermosetting resin. This forms an extremely strong, one piece, open mesh panel that gives excellent compressive and tensile strength. GRP Moulded micromesh has much smaller openings than the regular mesh. These reduced openings prevent small objects  from passing through the mesh. The closer spacing of the bearing bars also offers smooth movement for small wheeled trolleys and wheelchairs etc.
