The DDA range has been designed to meet the requirements laid down in the Equality Act 2010 (Previously the Disability Discrimination Act) by providing a non-discriminatory handrail solution that complies with Part ‘M’ of the Building Regulations 2004 and is a smooth continuous handrail of 42.4mm diameter. DDA fittings are supplied Hot dip Galvanised as standard and DDA uprights are 48.4mm O/D tube whilst DDA rails use 42.4mm O/D tube with a 3.2mm wall thickness.
The DDA range conforms to the requirement for smooth continuous handrail between 40 - 45mm O/D.
Our DDA Kits help simplify the purchase and design process. This kit includes our DDA 01, DDA 02, DDA 07, and DDA 08 parts which enable you to attach your top handrail to your end upright. If you are looking for our kit for the middle rail you will find it here.

We offer FREE standard delivery on Mild Steel, Engineering Bar and Tube Clamp products for orders over £300 ex VAT.
Delivery is 2/5 days on all mild steel and engineering steel products standard and cut. 48Hour Delivery available on most standard length orders but will depend on the delivery address provided. Please check with our chat team if quicker delivery is required.
Tubeclamps can be delivered next day and the same goes for our Stainless and Handrail products.
