DDA Tubeclamps Handrailing Project

Products - Handrailing - Tubeclamps - DDA

Our Tubeclamps DDA Range has been specifically designed to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and the Building Regulations Part M: 2004.

Working in conjunction with the full range of Tubeclamp fittings, the DDA range enables handrails to be fitted proud of the upright posts therefore creating a smooth and continuous rail without any obstruction. It also allows rails to be used at any elevation and is therefore suitable for wheel chair access ramps, steps and areas of variable angles such as raised platforms.

In order to comply with the above regulations the DDA range uses Type D 48.3mm Nominal Bore Tube for the Upright Posts & 42.4mm for the Handrails and is a galvanized steel finish. We also have created DDA Kit products on the site to ease your purchasing process.
